The Role

We're looking for a Billing Administrator who loves accuracy, great communication, and making sure things get done right the first time. You'll be the go-to person ensuring subcontractors get paid correctly, customers get invoiced on time, and revenue flows smoothly behind the scenes. You'll work closely with our Gaming Services team, subcontractors and customers to process billing, support contract administration, and help keep our financial operations running efficiently. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people and getting the details right — this role is for you.

Specifically, you will:

  • Identify billable revenue and raise accurate customer invoices
  • Action supplier invoices, coding, approvals and payment processing
  • Support end-of-month reporting including revenue allocation and accruals
  • Work with Business Managers, customers and subcontractors to resolve billing queries
  • Maintain billing procedures and help onboard others where needed
  • Support ad hoc billing projects and general admin for the team

  • Great attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach
  • Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Confidence communicating with customers, subcontractors and internal teams
  • Experience in billing, accounts or admin (bonus points if similar industry)
  • Good time management, with the ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
