**Customer Care Position (permanent 30-38 hour/wk)**

**Position Overview**:

- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Warmly and efficiently greeting clients and their pets.
- Schedule management: making bookings and organising/understanding a multi-practitioner, three-hospital schedule.
- Being the organisational link between our clients, veterinarians and nurses.
- Administrative tasks such as banking, mail runs, billing/invoicing, debt collection, resolution and maintenance of internal system.
- Inventory management and ordering of supplies.
- Working between three, busy and diverse receptions.
- Attending to a multi-line phone system.
- Providing efficient and accurate transactions.Maintenance of reception areas and consulting rooms: ensuring cleanliness and providing high levels of infection control.
- This permanent position is available 30 to 38 hours per week with shifts on a rotating roster Monday to Saturday between 7am and 8pm.
Remuneration will be based upon experience.**Role Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Proven experience in a front facing Customer Service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassion for animals and a genuine desire to provide excellent client service to their owners
- The ability to work effectively within a team, and autonomously.
