LET'S EXPLORE THE ROLE
The Integration Specialist is a key role within BAI Service Delivery team responsible for providing technical integration support for a small team of engineers responsible for delivering the successful Integration of new CCEP (Critical Comms Enhancement Program) and BAU PSN sites into Operations. Additional technical support for other minor projects works that BAI provide for the NSW Telco Authority will also be part of the role.
The Integration Specialist will take ownership of resolving all technical project deliverables. You will work closely with our customer and construction partner stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders. Strong communication skills with natural leadership and mentoring abilities a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, support and supervise the technicians and engineers on all technical aspects of CCEP, BAU PSN sites
- Attend customer meetings and provide all relevant reports and updates as required.
- Escalate or flag issues to Technical Integration Team Lead, Project Managers as required.
- Responsible to ensure all test requirements for Pre-stage, Construction & Post Construction testing activities are all completed
- Raise defects for items not complete or outside specifications and provide risk assessment as required.
- Assist in co-ordination of Mobile Asset deployments technical reviews and meetings as required.
- Perform quality checks on P25 commissioning documents completed by BAI field teams
- Fill in and represent for Team Leader, Integration and Minor works position during leave absences.
LET'S HEAR ABOUT YOU
- Post-qualification experience in an operational or technical environment with experience in
P25 Radio
/ Telecommunications networks - Telecommunications: Technical Proficiency
- Ability to analyse technical results and complex data
- Knowledge of RF & Antenna systems
- Knowledge of commissioning and site build provisioning.
- Telecommunication Radio, Mobile Site installation, provisioning and commissioning expertise
- Experience with IP or MPLS based networks. ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate preferred.
- This role requires on-site attendance five days a week and is unable to be performed remotely or from home due to the nature of the role.
- Australian Citizenship essential to obtain and maintain a baseline security clearance as a condition of employment
