Warranty Clerk

Right now, we have a vacancy for an experienced and motivated full-time Warranty Clerk to join our team.

The Role

• You will be responsible for all aspects of Warranty Claims and related issues, whilst ensuring factory payments and internal accounts reconcile each month.
• This involves the following:
• Daily checking of Repair Orders completed and the associated information where Warranty is involved
• Raise and submit claims in a timely manner and record on the Claim Register
• Follow-up and process the Warranty claims at all points throughout the claim to completion
• Ensure you are continually conversant with all manufacturer Warranty information
• Experience with Manufacturer Warranty Claim processes, particularly Toyota, will be highly regarded in this position.

As the successful candidate, you will possess:

• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• A positive approach to tasks and people
• Relevant proven experience in a similar role
• Strong Administrative background/knowledge
• Be proficient in Excel & Word
• Effective time management and organisational skills
• The ability to work in an autonomous manner
• Be a motivated person with initiative and problem-solving expertise.
