We're growing and looking for reliable, detail-oriented and hard-working Process Workers to join our Day Shift Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a business that values sustainability, teamwork and quality – all while working in a supportive and upbeat environment.

About the Role:

You'll be on the frontline of our production process, making sure every bottle is packed, stacked and quality-checked to perfection. This is a hands-on, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:06pm.

Key tasks include:

  • Packing finished goods into cartons with accuracy and speed
  • Stacking cartons safely and efficiently
  • Reworking products to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Feeding bottles onto fast-moving production lines
  • Filling hoppers with raw materials to keep operations flowing
  • Performing regular product quality checks
  • Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
  • Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and wearing PPE
  • Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
  • Jumping in to support wherever needed – no task too small
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred)
  • Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • A team player with good communication skills
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 12kg
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
