Business Support Administrator (Front of House)
to be the welcoming face of our Parramatta office.
In this role, you'll manage reception, ensure the office runs smoothly, and provide essential administration support to our accountants, advisors, and leadership team. You'll be part of a supportive, professional environment that values collaboration and attention to detail.
What you'll do
- Create a warm, professional first impression for clients and visitors.
- Manage calls, emails, and meeting bookings with efficiency and care.
- Oversee daily office operations including mail, couriers, stationery, and supplier coordination.
- Support accountants and advisors with client documentation, ATO Mate tracking, and digital signing packs.
- Prepare client engagement letters, maintain client files, and assist with finance and HR administration.
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and new starter setups.
What you'll bring
- 2-4 years' experience in reception or administration within a corporate or professional services setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a professional client-service mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- A can-do attitude, strong attention to detail, and pride in presentation.
- (Desirable) Experience with FYI Docs, XPM, or ATO Mate systems, and/or a Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration.
