We're gearing up for the summer surge and looking for motivated, confident sales professionals who know how to build rapport, tailor solutions, and close deals that make customers' lifestyle dreams a reality.

What You'll Do
  • Meet customers in the showroom and on-site to design their dream pools and outdoor spaces.
  • Prepare tailored quotes using our CRM and quoting tools; present, negotiate, and close.
  • Manage contracts and maintain strong client communication from quote to handover.
  • Collaborate with finance, landscaping, and delivery teams to ensure smooth installations.
  • Track your pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently exceed targets.

What You Bring
  • Proven experience in lifestyle, home improvement, or construction sales.
  • Strong closing ability and consultative sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable using quoting software and CRMs.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle for site visits.

Hours & Availability
  • Full-time, five days per week (including some weekends during peak season).
