We are looking to expand our current team, with jobs arranging from Permanent Full Time, Permanent Part Time and Casual hours pw.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
The role of the Customer Service Officer in Valet- Park & Fly at Brisbane Airport reporting directly to the Valet Manager and Supervisory team. The role will start out as a Casual Employee working 20 plus hours per week with a view to becoming permanent in the future.
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Officer - P&F Driver is to provide an exceptional welcome as part of everyone's journey and to ensure a continuous improvement mindset.
Duties include providing excellent customer service and mobility management on a day-to-day basis by proactively ensuring all guests are safe and the service is seamless within the Valet Operations.
All applicants will need to be physically fit for standing, walking and movement in and out of vehicles throughout each shift. Ability to drive and reverse park vehicles with efficiency and to be able to provide a driving history report upon commence of employment.
We will need a traffic history report for the last 10 years.
All operations at the Brisbane airport, run on a 24-hour basis, meaning there are a variety of position available, both morning and afternoon, 7-days a week. All applicants must be willing to work public and school holidays.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- A minimum of one (1) year demonstrated experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality would be an advantage.
- Current full open Queensland manual drivers' licence.
- Excellent car driving history and a high level of driving safety skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and harmoniously with work colleagues and supervisors.
- A love of new technologies - we are a mobility and technology company.
- Strict adherence to all corporate policies and procedures. Safety is not negotiable in our business.
