**Kal Tire Mining Tire Group Australia have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join our Perth Branch team.**

About the Position:_**

This position will be responsible for supporting the sales and business development activities of the Perth Branch. Specifically, this role will involve:

- Managing and administrating customer service requests for existing and new customers
- Creating quotes and identifying stock cost & logistic availability
- Order processing and invoicing
- Regular reporting of sales, procurement and stock movement activities
- Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with customers, suppliers and service providers
- This role involves occasional travel with Branch and Business Development Managers to meet with customers_
- 5/2 roster, Monday to Friday

**_ About You:_**
- Prior experience in internal sales, product support or business administration
- Prior experience with regular reporting and invoicing
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
- Intermediate Microsoft 365 and computer skills
- Knowledge of tyre and rim products desirable, but not essential
- Knowledge of or experience in automotive or mining industries desirable, but not essential
