Who we are:

Motospecs provides automotive parts solutions to the aftermarket, specialising in transmission, differential, steering, suspension and 4WD parts and accessories. This is achieved through our national branch network which encompasses Drivetech, DT4x4, ATP and approved brands.

We also provide strong value-added service through innovative kit design and assembly. With skilled staff, product management expertise, considerable attention to detail and excellent service, we promise our customers an outstanding experience, every time.

About the opportunity:

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the region Sydney Metro & Southern NSW.

With direction from your Branch Manager, you will build effective, productive relationships with our target customers. Through these relationships, you will understand our customer's needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their basket with NAPA. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory.

All about you:

You are highly engaging with a passion for providing solutions and service and will have a demonstrated and successful track record in the development of business or account management across parts and equipment. Comfortable acquiring new accounts, your strong communication and negotiation skills will hold you in good stead along with your team focussed attitude and passion to be the best

In addition, you will also:

  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions.
  • Achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
  • Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • A valid Australian driver's licence is required
  • Ability to travel throughout designated territory for work
  • A passion for all things automotive
