Customer Relationship Specialist

Knauf, a leading manufacturer of insulation materials, drylining systems, plasters & accessories, offers career opportunities worldwide.

This role will focus on managing customer relationships within the Plasterboard industry across Sydney. The successful candidate will ensure segment sales are met, customer satisfaction levels maintained, and strong relationships developed with targeted customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure professional business transactions with high ethical standards
  • Achieve budgeted targets through sales activities and exceed customer expectations
  • Contribute to the development of segment strategies and plans
  • Develop multilevel relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
  • Maintain knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and product development

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak, present, and lead discussions with customers
  • Self-motivated and resilient with autonomy to operate
  • Basic competency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • SAP and CRM experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years external sales experience
