With over 300 employees nationally, we're growing fast — and we're looking for a Mobilisation Coordinator to keep our people and projects moving.

About the Role You'll be the driving force behind mobilisation logistics — coordinating travel, accommodation, compliance documentation, and onboarding for our national projects. Sitting within HR, this role supports end-to-end mobilisation across Australia's leading infrastructure and defence programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate FIFO travel and accommodation for employees and contractors.
  • Manage compliance and onboarding logistics (medicals, inductions, site access).
  • Maintain central roster and travel data to forecast workforce movements.
  • Act as the point of contact for travel providers and site teams.
  • Prepare mobilisation reports and support HR with system onboarding.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in mobilisation, travel coordination, or HR logistics for large projects.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Confident communicator who can liaise across teams and suppliers.
  • Proficient in Excel and travel or HR systems (Employment Hero, Sitepass, INX, etc.).
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
