**Essendon Mitsubishi is an established and respected automotive business. We are now seeking a passionate Service Advisor to work with our friendly service team.**

If you are enthusiastic and driven, then we want you Reporting to the Service Manager you will be responsible for guiding our service customers through their service experience from inquiry through to completion.

**About this role**:
Be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your customers’ expectations whist their vehicle is in our care. Your customer centric nature will ensure you deliver the ultimate Customer Experience to each and every Customer.

**Do you have?**
- Proven experience in maintaining agility in a similar high paced role.
- Strong customer service with the ability to maintain inclusiveness and good relationships with guests.
- Experience using Experience using ERANet / ERAPower **(Preferable)**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work effectively and with integrity within a team environment.
- Maintaining professionalism through excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Current driving license
- Exposure to the Microsoft suite of programs
