Are you a proven business development professional who thrives on building relationships and driving growth? We're looking for a Growth & Customer Experience Manager to join our team immediately and help us expand across healthcare, aged care, education, and hospitality sectors.

About the role

This role is central to our growth. You'll lead proactive outbound engagement, generate new business opportunities, and enhance the overall customer journey. Success is measured by new client acquisition, revenue growth, and client satisfaction.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies focused on outbound sales and lead generation
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and position services competitively
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on winning and expanding high-value accounts
  • Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, and lead negotiations to close deals
  • Drive projects that enhance customer experience and strengthen client loyalty
  • Support and coach team members in effective business development and customer engagement

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in business development, outbound sales.
  • 5+ year's experience in recruitment and labour hire
  • Proven track record of delivering significant sales growth
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategies, forecasting, and interpreting sales data
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-focused, results-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset
