Anco Instant Turf has been turfing since 1977, with farms located in Lang Lang, Torquay, and Swan Hill.

Family-owned and operated, we grow, harvest, and deliver instant turf products daily to both residential properties and commercial projects across most areas of Victoria.

We are requiring a customer-orientated person to join our dedicated team, based at our Head Office in Lang Lang. Priding ourselves on exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to add value to the role with your outgoing nature, and willingness to be agile within the business . The job requires you to also be highly reliable, be driven by strong work ethic, think outside the square, and have a positive demeanour.

This is a permanent, full-time position with our working week from Monday to Friday.  Within this role you will be given extensive training to develop your skills to complete the variety of tasks required for the role.  Turf and sales training will be undertaken in-house to develop your knowledge and will continue on an ongoing basis. You will be entering a workplace that collaborates and supports each other, all whilst embracing each other's different views and ideas.

Sales

Customer sales & enquiries- phone, in store, online.

Knowledge about our Instant Lawns and Lawncare products.

Inputting sales & using Anco custom Management System.

Invoicing using Xero accounting package.

Assist in managing quoting

General admin duties as required to ensure smooth business operations.

Manage online packaging & postage requirements

Stock control support.

And all other tasks as required.

Qualifications

Qualifications in Sales &/or Business Administration looked at favourably.

Must be highly competent in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Current Forklift Licence (NOT ESSENTIAL)

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work as part of a small team.

Capacity to juggle multiple tasks with a flexible, can-do attitude.

Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail.
