The opportunity

Bright Lilly Healthcare PTY LTD' is seeking a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our dynamic team in Cannington WA 6107. As a casual Sales and Marketing representative, you will play a vital role in driving our company's growth and brand visibility in the healthcare industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our innovative healthcare products and services
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective promotional strategies
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and generate new leads
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and metrics
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our sales and marketing processes

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, ideally within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to close deals
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering outstanding results
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field would be highly regarded
