Provide remote or on-site technical support and training for Australian customers 2.Prepare product after-sales maintenance technical materials and provide technical training to service personnel, the outsourcing company engineers and so on. 3.Coordinate internal resources to provide customers with maintenance parts support,Maintain customer relationships, improve customer satisfaction, and assist in establishing and improving overseas after-sales maintenance systems 4.Performance monitoring, track KPI of project operation, optimize revenue streams,Diagnose alarms by using battery analytics tools, Lead root-cause analysis for degradation or safety incidents 5 Preventative and corrective maintenance, including Australian Compliance,exceute maintenance per AEMO GPS DNSP requirements, thermal imaging, fire system inspection, bushfire season preparedness etc.., 6.Safety and compliance leadership like Li-ion spill, fire response protocols, bushfire attack level, mitigation hazardous waste disposal 7. Delivery monthy O&M reports, revenue impact, CAPEX/OPEX forecasts,reporting etc..
