**ITW Polymers & Fluids** has manufacturing operations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane with our leading brands widely used and recognised in the Automotive Aftermarket including **WYNN'S, SEPTONE, RAINX, SLIME, CHEMTECH, PERMATEX.**
Understanding ITW's market share, competitors, segment drivers and customer needs, the Sales & Promotions Analyst will play a key role in supporting Product and Sales Managers deliver profitable market share growth.
**Key Responsibilities:

- Collect & analyse market data including product/brand performance, pricing, margin, customer insights & competitor offerings
- Utilise your data analysis to identify market risks and opportunities
- Coordinate the Automotive Aftermarket Promotional Calendar to connect our Customers to robust marketing initiatives
- Assist in reviewing promotional campaigns to understand ROI and future opportunities
- Coordinate the execution of sales and training tools
**To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Engineering
- Minimum 12 months relevant experience
- High level computer literacy underpinned by well-developed analytical skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong technical abilities to understand products and develop value propositions
- Understand category management and the role it plays in market success
