Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of the supply chain, you will be responsible for coordinating production planning and scheduling for Aftermarket repairs and field service work.
About You:
- You have 3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing planning for engineered valves and repair/maintenance/field maintenance of valves.
- You possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are knowledgeable in master scheduling, production planning, detailed scheduling, demand management, purchasing, and cost accounting techniques.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage all planning inputs: sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom/special orders, and strategic build plans.
- Use an enterprise system to translate consolidated sales forecasts into a master production schedule/build schedule.
- Prepare and distribute weekly aftermarket production schedules/work order dispatch lists.
- Assist management in resolving problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and cancellations of customer orders.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and initiate vendor corrective action for non-conforming material receipts.
- Plan Aftermarket workshop production and field service in Melbourne and Perth QRCs.
- Assist in planning major projects such as new manufacture, scheduling logic, order policies, capacity planning, input/output control, product structures, routings, and standards maintenance.
Requirements:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with Oracle is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills required for working with diverse teams.

You will work closely with the Workshop Manager to make sound business decisions that meet customer needs while ensuring quality, inventory, cost, and delivery requirements. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
