Field Supervisor – Lead the Way in Telecommunications Construction

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Field Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating skilled trades and subcontractors to ensure construction runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Your role will include:

  • Conducting site walkouts and planning construction activities
  • Leading and briefing subcontractors on scope and expectations
  • Managing resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges
  • Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks
  • Supporting warehouse processes and stock management
  • Performing quality checks and reporting incidents as needed

About You:

You're used to being hands on, with a trade qualification and experience supervising contractors in civil or telecommunications projects. You bring:

  • Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous)
  • Ability to read and interpret network plans
  • Civil construction experience (e.g., directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
  • Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel across WA
