Field Supervisor – Lead the Way in Telecommunications Construction

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Field Supervisor, you'll be the go-to person on-site, coordinating skilled trades and subcontractors to ensure construction runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Your role will include:
- Conducting site walkouts and planning construction activities
- Leading and briefing subcontractors on scope and expectations
- Managing resources, materials, and equipment to keep projects moving
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to resolve variations and challenges
- Ensuring compliance with HSE standards and quality benchmarks
- Supporting warehouse processes and stock management
- Performing quality checks and reporting incidents as needed
About You:
You're used to being hands on, with a trade qualification and experience supervising contractors in civil or telecommunications projects. You bring:
- Knowledge of Telstra/NBN networks (advantageous)
- Ability to read and interpret network plans
- Civil construction experience (e.g., directional drilling, trenching, ploughing)
- Understanding of cabling requirements for residential and business structures
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel across WA
