Saltire are seeking project supervisors who have water industry experience or with a keen interest in specialising in utilities and pipeline works.

Knowledge of water standards and excavation practices and a positive attitudes to company HSEQ values are mandatory.

Works will vary from regional to metropolitan projects, with flexible rosters on offer.

The Supervisor is responsible for managing crew leaders and project team in the field for the delivery of the complete project scope of work in a manner that is safe, on-time, on-budget and to the agreed standard of quality and client satisfaction. The teams in which the Supervisor manages may be directly employed, sub-contracted resources or a combination of both. The teams may also be working on single sites or across multiple sites depending on the number and scale of each project.
- Maintain productive relationships, clearly communicating with crews, management, and other stakeholders
- Plan, manage and leading multiple teams, ensuring safety management, quality compliance, resource efficiency and reporting requirements
- Ensuring internal and subcontract resources are appropriately inducted, trained & licensed
- Safety leadership including management and review of SWMS, permits, procedures, toolbox, and daily prestart meetings
- Reporting and monitoring of workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents.
- Ensure all onsite activities comply with the relevant safety, quality, and environmental requirements
- Liaising with Project Engineers and Managers to ensure effective project delivery.
