An exciting new opportunity has become available for **Business **Support Supervisor **to join and oversee our back office team on the Western Power Meter Exchange contract based in the **Canning Vale, WA **office.

Reporting into the Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the operations team with the goal to maximise productivity. Responsibilities include but not limited to
- Overseeing and providing support to our administration and scheduling team to ensure we are delivering a high standard to our client.
- Continuous improvement of the planning and scheduling of field resources

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Intermediate - advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised office all-rounder
- Reliable and self-motivated
