With a range of accommodation, dining and entertainment options, the resort is one of WA's most iconic holiday destinations.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our friendly team on a full-time basis.

This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth with on-site accommodation available at a reduced cost allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

Your day-to-day impact

You will spend your days:

  • Greeting and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries.
  • Managing reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently.
  • Supervising and supporting front office team members, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Handling guest concerns professionally, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintaining front desk procedures, security protocols, and office administration tasks.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Events related discipline or equivalent is desirable
  • Previous experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in group reservation experience
  • Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment
  • Strong time-management, organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and build relationships
  • Creative flair, with the ability to envisage and bring to life the guest's requirements
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
