The Role: Front of House Supervisor (Part Time/Full Time)

If you think you've got retail in the bag, then now is your chance to step-up into a leadership role and support our Retail Managers and Store Partners in running the day-to-day operations.

To be a supervisor in our team, means to:

· Lead and Inspire: Guide, coach, and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and reach their full potential.

· Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences: Ensure every customer receives personalised care and expert advice tailored to their needs.

· Drive Success: Oversee day-to-day store operations, keeping everything running smoothly and to Specsavers' high standards.

· Grow Together: Monitor team performance, support continuous improvement, and contribute to the success of both Optical and Audiology services.
