People Power Consulting (PPC) – the HR arm of the iconic Gradi Group is looking for a proactive Full-Time HR Advisor to join our growing team.

Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 per annum excluding super – Full-Time

Location: Coburg North VIC - Hybrid

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate workers' compensation and return-to-work programs across venues, ensuring smooth communication and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate payroll and award data , including classifications, timesheets, and contracts.
  • Provide expert WorkCover and Fair Work advice to venue leaders.
  • Review and streamline HR and payroll processes for better efficiency.
  • Partner with venues to deliver best-practice injury management.
  • Support the broader HR function with documentation, compliance, and reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5 years' HR experience (Coordinator, Advisor, or senior Generalist level) within Australia.
  • Strong knowledge of Fair Work, HR compliance, and award interpretation (Restaurant Award a plus).
  • Proven experience in WorkCover and return-to-work coordination.
  • Confident with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Deputy, Xero, Roubler).
  • Great communicator who enjoys practical, people-focused HR.
