HR Advisor
**Your new company**
Located in Burwood East, this Victorian State Government body is currently seeking a dynamic HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**
As a key member in the HR team, some of the main responsibilities will include:

- Responding to HR queries via the shared inbox and phone.
- Providing advice and support to the HR managers.
- Reviewing and assessing recruitment needs within internal team.
- Engaging and liaising with various stakeholders.
- Overseeing the employee onboarding process and maintaining personnel files.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have demonstrated HR experience
- Be highly organised with strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Great interpersonal skills including emotional awareness and conflict management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to problem solving
