We're hiring a
Senior Sales Engineer
to join a fast-moving cybersecurity team focused on risk and threat. This is your chance to shape the pre-sales function of a rapidly expanding solution that solves one of the most overlooked problems in enterprise security:
data loss from within.
What You'll Be Driving
- Partner with AEs, BDRs, Channel Managers, and Field Marketing to
design winning security solutions
that accelerate growth. - Deliver standout
technical demos and product deep-dives
to CISOs, Security Leaders, and Compliance teams. - Own the technical close
– run PoVs that turn curiosity into conviction and customers into advocates. - Navigate ambiguity with confidence – this is a role where
you shape the message, the motion, and the momentum
. - Collaborate on GTM strategy for a solution that was recently acquired and is now a key growth lever.
- Travel regionally (~30%) for customer meetings, field events, and strategic presentations.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years in
pre-sales, consulting or solution engineering
focused on enterprise security. - Strong communicator who can
translate security jargon into business value
for both technical and executive audiences. - Experience working within cyber or GRC or both.
- Familiarity with security standards or certifications is a strong plus.
- Hunger to build something, shape something, and
lead from the front
in an emerging segment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Up to $310k OTE (
base + super + uncapped commissions + benefits) on a 70/30 split. - Performance-driven environment with high visibility and autonomy.
