The role

  • Own your territory: Full responsibility for revenue and growth in your segment.
  • Be the expert: Work with cutting-edge technologies like Decanter Centrifuges, Rotary Drum thickener, heat exchangers and evaporation systems.
  • Make an impact: Help customers improve efficiency, sustainability, and profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a sales business plan aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and convert opportunities into profitable business.
  • Build strong relationships with end customers, consultants, and contractors.
  • Prepare and negotiate value-driven proposals including tender submissions.
  • Manage your pipeline using CRM tools for accurate forecasting.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and customer needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 7 - 12 years in a sales role, ideally in wastewater technology.
  • Strong technical aptitude and proven success in business development.
  • Experience with Decanter Centrifuges & rotary drum thickeners is highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital tools.
