We are currently partnered with a global and highly reputable electrical solutions organisation who are searching for a
Senior Sales Engineer
to lead sales and tendering activities for cutting-edge HV products and solutions.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales of high-voltage equipment such as GIS, circuit breakers, Econiq, and DTB. You'll engage with clients, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and tendering activities for HV products and solutions.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality tenders and quotations aligned with customer needs.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Product teams, and Marketing to align strategies and share market intelligence.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and product positioning.
  • Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to strategic account planning.
  • Support contract negotiations and ensure compliance with safety, integrity, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and meet reporting KPIs.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the HV industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
