Your next role as an Inbound Sales consultant is all about providing the right solution for our customers, creating a booking for them, and upselling our value-added products.

We provide your full-time, rostered hours, 4 weeks in advance, between 8.00am and 10.00pm. The beauty of this is that we will create your roster around your availability, once you are fully trained. This can be an early shift or a late shift, or even across the weekends.

The Role:

  • Take inbound calls and provide effective solutions to our customers.
  • Book appointments for customers to repair or replace their vehicle glass.
  • Upsell Value-Added Products.
  • Salary is between $30 - $35 p/h base. You start at level 1 and your salary increases at 6 months and then at 12 months as you become more proficient in the role. Paid weekly
  • You will also receive a commission, which is based on meeting KPI's, booking and selling to customers, uncapped. Paid quarterly

About You:

  • Experience working in a sales role or call centre is preferred.
  • A passion for providing friendly, confident customer service and effective solutions.
  • A genuine, yet driven approach to sales and customers.
  • Great communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to use multiple systems and multiple screens.
  • Natural ability to get along with others and contribute to our friendly workplace environment.
