Hi, we're Kennards Self Storage.

We've been helping Aussies and Kiwis 'Create Space for Change' for over 50 years, whether that's moving house, starting a business, or just needing room for all four of those lounge suites (we've seen it all). With 126+ centres across Australia and New Zealand, we're growing fast, and so can your career with us.

We're looking for a Inbound Sales & Customer Care Officer to join our Team.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Answer inbound calls (that's right, no cold calling).
  • Listen first, then help people find the right storage solution, via a trusted formula
  • Turn conversations into sales (with uncapped KPI incentives, more conversions, more $$).
  • Work on a rotating roster (3 days a week Mon to Sat to start, with possible future opportunities to flex up from time to time)
  • Show up at our Macquarie Park office every shift, because our best work happens together.
  • Be part of a close-knit, supportive team that's big on laughs and celebrates wins.

Who You Are

  • A good listener who enjoys helping people and turning chats into sales
  • Comfortable multitasking between conversation and screen
  • Reliable, punctual, and a supportive teammate
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow (we'll invest in you, if you invest in yourself)
  • Sales or call centre experience a plus, but not required
  • The king of teammate who makes the workday better for everyone else,
