About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Client Services Officer / Senior Administration Assistant to join our Noosa accounting firm. This is a full-time opportunity to provide exceptional administrative support to our accountants and clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting the partners and accountants as required

  • Liaising with clients and other stakeholders

  • Preparing ASIC and company register documentation

  • Managing client on boarding

  • Liaising with the ATO on client related matters

  • Finding solutions to difficult and unusual issues

  • Providing reception backup when required including handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in an administration role in an accounting firm

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

  • Strong computing skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Desire to work in a fast paced and varied role

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

  • A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude
