As a Full-time Receptionist / Trainee Receptionist, you will be joining our evolving and growing customer service/ admin team helping with the day-to-day operations.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Moruya dealership. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for making people feel valued, we want you to join our team

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments.
  • Manage the reception area, including maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Administrative support required by management
  • Provide general assistance
