Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Project Leader located in APAC. The Project Leader will oversee and coordinate multidisciplinary teams on the planning, design, and execution phases of complex projects. Responsibilities will include project management, client engagement, resource allocation, monitoring project milestones, and ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget. The role will also involve regular collaboration with internal teams and fostering innovative solutions to address client needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Expertise in Stakeholder Engagement and Client Relationship Management
- Technical knowledge in Engineering, Architecture, or related disciplines
- Strong Analytical Skills, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making abilities
- Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration skills
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software for project tracking
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or related field
- Experience in the APAC region or similar global markets is an advantage
