This position is based in Emporio Armani Uomo David Jones Sydney and reports to our Concession manager. We are looking for a full-time Menswear Specialist who are able to work in our Concession Pad.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Genuinely welcome customers to the boutique and communicate effectively with them
  • Manage the sales process to best serve customers' needs and increase sales with the purpose of reaching the store's economic objectives
  • Take care of replenishment and product layout as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Comply with the aesthetic parameters of the boutique
  • Recognise loyal customers and strengthening the customer base through CRM activities
  • Gain product knowledge, company information and history
  • Menswear Stylist and Tailoring

ABOUT YOUR SKILLS:

  • Experience with menswear styling and tailoring
  • Have a minimum 1-2 year sales experience in a customer focused environment (Experience in Premium/Luxury Fashion is highly regarded)
  • Educational background in Fashion is highly regarded
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Be fluent in English with secondary language skills desirable
  • Have excellent personal presentation
  • Be adaptable and willing to learn
  • Ability to build long lasting relationships with the clients
  • Able to work late nights shifts, weekends and public holidays
