SLCN Therapy is a family-centred allied health organisation providing evidence-based early intervention and therapy services to children aged 0–18 and their families. Our team includes speech therapists, behaviour therapists, developmental educators, and admin staff—all working together to make a meaningful difference.

The Role
As a Therapy Assistant, you'll support children and families to build independence, confidence, and participation in everyday life. Working closely with therapists and families, you'll help implement therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based interventions aligned with family goals
- Supporting therapy in everyday routines and community settings
- Collaborating with therapists, families, and other professionals
- Monitoring and reviewing progress with the team and families
- Promoting inclusion and participation in community activities
- Contributing to continuous improvement through feedback and training
What We're Looking For
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance or current student in an Allied Health degree
- A genuine passion for working with children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make therapy fun, meaningful, and family-centred
- Required compliance:
- Working with Children Check
- National Police Check
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's licence and access to a vehicle

Pay: $38.80 – $44.40 per hour
