Leapfrog Therapy is a boutique allied health practice known for providing family-centred, neurodiversity-affirming therapy for children and young people. With small clinics in Sydney and Melbourne, we've built a reputation for high-quality, evidence-based practice - and we're now looking for a passionate Speech Therapist to grow with us in Melbourne.

Your role

As a Speech Therapist with Leapfrog, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, family-centred speech therapy in-clinic and in the local community.
  • Collaborate with OTs and STs to deliver holistic support.
  • Contribute to staff learning through peer-led training and case discussions.
  • Supervise a graduate ST and contribute to our structured Graduate Program.
About you
  • You're a qualified Speech Therapist with paediatric experience (4+ years required).
  • Passionate about neurodiversity-affirming practice and supporting families.
  • Excited by the chance to help shape and grow a newer Speech Therapy service.
  • Keen to be part of a team that values both clinical excellence and work-life balance.
