About Us

We are setting up a brand new, purpose-built paediatric therapy space (160m2) designed to support children with a wide range of needs, including sensory integration and neurodivergence. Based in Malvern. Our clinic will feature:

  • A fully equipped sensory gym
  • Three therapy rooms for OT and speech therapy services
  • A welcoming, child- and family-friendly environment

We are passionate about creating a centre that supports children, families, and the wider community — and we're looking for the right OT to help bring this vision to life.

The Role

This is not just another OT role. We're seeking an experienced Paediatric OT ready to step into a clinical leadership and partnership position. You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Shape the direction of a brand-new clinic
  • Lead therapy programs and services for children
  • Collaborate with a supportive business partners providing operational, financial, and administrative backing
  • Play a central role in developing referral pathways with schools, childcare centres, and local health providers
About You
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience as a Paediatric OT (private practice, school, or hospital setting)
  • Strong interest in sensory integration, neurodivergence, and child development
  • Motivated to take on a leadership role and grow a service from the ground up
  • Business development or team leadership experience is a plus, but not essential
