What You Will Be Doing
As an Internal Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the below duties:

  • Answering inbound calls and providing product support
  • Delivering high-quality customer service to clients
  • Processing sales and keying orders into the system
  • Performing accurate and efficient data entry
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure client satisfaction

What You Will Need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:

  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Previous experience in the industrial/safety industry (preferred)
  • Confidence with computer systems and data entry
  • Professional phone manner and attention to detail

Whats In It For You

  • Permanent full-time position starting immediately
  • Monday to Friday role 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Salary of $60,000 to $70,000 + Super (depending on experience)
