Radical Torque Solutions are the market leader in the sales of torque tools and calibration equipment to the controlled bolting industry in Australia and South East Asia. We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our growing team within our Perth office based in Bassendean.

The Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time Internal Sales Support and Administration Officer to join our expanding team at our Perth Branch. You would be responsible for a wide range of duties that include supporting our distribution network, quoting and invoicing. You must be presentable with a great phone manner and fantastic interpersonal skills, a friendly positive attitude and be able to work in a dynamic evolving team.

Responsibilities:

  • Working directly with the WA sales team to produce quotations, support the sales process and deal with customer inquiries via telephone and email
  • Greeting and welcoming clients
  • Supporting Distributors and clients with product information
  • Database management
  • Invoicing and internal sales processing
  • Oversee workshop administration duties, provide general support including preparing reports, generating quoting, and responding to customer inquiries.
  • Provide general support to ensure seamless operations as part of a small team and perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Coordinator/State Manager

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous sales administration experience
  • Dealing with hire and rental would be an advantage
  • Ability to work alone as well as within a team environment
  • Honest and reliable work ethic
  • Presentable with a strong phone manner
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
