The Low Down

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the creation of a comprehensive Request for Tender (RFT) suite within a large and complex property environment. You'll take ownership of documentation that underpins both operational and contractual delivery standards across hard and soft FM services.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Drafting end-to-end procurement documentation, including Statements of Work, Technical Specifications, and Contract Appendices.
  • Translating operational requirements into precise, auditable, and compliant technical specifications.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to validate and refine scope and business needs.
  • Ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all documentation.
  • Managing version control and document quality to professional standards.
What Success Looks Like
  • 5-7+ years of experience as a tender documentation specialist, with extensive, demonstrable experience creating Request for Tender documentation with proven experience in document management
  • and version control.
  • Subject Matter Expert Knowledge in the Facilities Management, Property Maintenance, Asset Management, or the Building/Construction sector.
