About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operation Specialist to join our newly consolidated team. This fully on-site role focuses on physical document management, involving simple yet critical operational tasks such as collecting, sorting, and scanning certificates.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, process-driven, and capable of consistently supporting routine documentation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collect physical documents (primarily certificates) from designated areas

·       Sort and organize documents based on defined parameters

·       Scan and upload certificates following standard naming conventions and processes

·       Maintain accuracy in digital filing systems

·       Provide basic documentation support as needed

·       Work and collaborate with different ops centers on required support

Future Scope

This is a foundational role with potential for growth. As team requirements evolve, the selected candidate may be trained or transitioned to support adjacent operational functions.

Competencies

·       Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach

·       Comfortable with repetitive, process-based tasks

·       Basic computer proficiency (scanning, saving files, folder management)

·       Ability to work independently in an in-office setting
