Document Controller
to join the Bidding Energy & Resources Team in our North Sydney office.

As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient management and control of all documentation, ensuring that all documents are properly registered, quality checked, and distributed in accordance with Clough's policies and procedures.

Your focus will include:

  • Delivery of technically acceptable document control services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough's business needs.
  • Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of document control system and documentation.
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of DC systems across the division.
  • Manage customer relations to achieve mutually satisfactory outcomes.
  • Liaise regularly with manager to report progress, areas of concern / issues and potential changes.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Document Controller in the Construction, Engineering or Design industry
  • Demonstrated experience in information management, ideally in a large tender/project environment
  • Demonstrated ability using SharePoint and Bluebeam Revu (preferred)
  • Experience in archiving, project records and documentation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and prioritise tasks and work independently to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with the ability to be resourceful.
