Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Travel Specialist located in the Greater Sydney Area, however we also provide flexibility for people to work from home for up to 2 days per week. The Golf Travel Specialist will be responsible for planning and organizing tailored golf holidays for clients, managing all travel arrangements including flights, transfers, accommodations, and golf bookings. They will use their expertise in golf and travel to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all clients have a memorable and enjoyable experience.
Qualifications
- Good golf knowledge and a passion for the game
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not essential
- Excellent communication, including strong email and phone skills
- Decent computer skills and preferably a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good with numbers
- Attention to detail is critical
- Good time management skills and thorough record-keeping
- Must be a 'people person with networking and relationship-building skills
