Campbelltown Catholic Club is one of Southwest Sydney's premier hospitality destinations, proudly serving over 50, 000 members. Our expansive precinct offers a diverse range of facilities including dedicated function and event spaces, multiple restaurants and bars, an 18-hole golf course, gym and pool facilities, Rydges Hotel, and The CUBE Convention and Entertainment Centre.

We are currently seeking experienced and motivated Functions & Events Attendants to join our passionate team. This exciting role also includes opportunities to step up as a Relief Team Leader, providing leadership and guidance during shifts when required.

You will work up to 15 hours per week during peak periods, with the possibility of some weeks with no rostered hours. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys contributing to memorable guest experiences.

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service, with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Exceptional personal presentation and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Leadership qualities and confidence to take charge when acting as Relief Team Leader.

Essential Requirements:

  • Current RSA competency card
  • Commitment to excellence in customer service
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Availability to work between 5:00am and 3:00am as required
