Capital Chiropractic Centre is an award winning, busy Chiropractic Practice based in Braddon, ACT. We pride in providing exceptional healthcare and customer services to the Canberra and surrounding region.

We are looking for another permanent Chiropractic Assistant to join our growing business. We are seeking an organized, efficient, highly self-motivated, high attention to details, mature-minded professional to join our team to help take us to the next level. (If you have been to our clinic, you will understand having fun while being professional is SUPER important here)

We are looking for an exceptional receptionist/admin assistant, who has:

  • Desire to advance their admin skills in a permanent position.
  • Meticulous attention to details and strong self-motivation
  • Highly organized, efficient and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle a busy and fast-paced environment whilst simultaneously being a fabulous host for our clients
  • A strong work ethic with a willingness to go the extra mile, is proactive, reliable and consistent in their work. Integrity, respect and collaboration are in the heart of what we do.
  • Open to learning new skills, and integrate into our clinic's systems and procedures
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, excellent telephone manner
  • A desire to be challenged to learn new skills and grow into roles as needed
  • Passionate in creating a 5-star experience with us
  • Believe or interested in Chiropractic or wholistic wellbeing
  • Ability to work in a team of different personality (our days involve but not limited to: seriousness, structured routine, organized chaos & coffee)
  • Experience in a similar health care support role would be favourable but not essential (P.S. our previous successful hire didn't have a health industry/reception background)

The role

  • Organize appointment schedule for clients
  • Help managing clinic social media
  • Involvement in marketing and public relations projects
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Provide general reception and office support (basic computer and word processing skills is essential)
  • Taking and processing payments
  • Answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments
  • Responding emails and other correspondence
  • Maintaining good medical records and respect confidentiality
  • Put the secret code "I hustle and take ownership" in the subject line of your email and your cover letter
  • Comply with clinic policies and procedures
  • Maintaining office presentation, general cleaning duties
  • On-going training will be provided, with opportunities to attend fully-paid seminars locally and interstate

Hours

  • This is a permanent part-time position. Applicants MUST be able to work alternate Saturdays
  • Flexibility is preferred (rotating roster).
  • Our normal clinic hours are 7.30am – 6.30pm Mon – Fri and 9am-12.30pm Sat
