Colquhoun Murphy is a well-respected and established boutique law practice that has provided legal services in Canberra for over five decades. We offer legal services in the areas of wills and estates, property, personal injury, and commercial transactions.

We are looking for a legal assistant to join our tightly knit team. The role will be ideal for someone who is an adaptable problem solver and enjoys working in a team environment. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Document preparation
  • General file management
  • Billing / Invoices
  • Diary management.

Ideally candidates will have:

  • Prior experience in providing administrative assistance
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills: written and interpersonal
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a close team environment.

Remuneration is based on experience. The role is a full-time role, but we are happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
