**Status**: Two-year fixed term contract
About the Role
Sanitarium is inviting expressions of interest for a proactive, detail-driven IT Portfolio Demand Manager to partner with Business and IT leaders in shaping and delivering impactful, enterprise-wide technology change.
**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role you will collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to:

- Design and implement a business engagement model that:

- Captures, assesses, and prioritizes business demand for technology change
- Ensures enterprise alignment re: technology change initiatives undertaken
- Identifies and manages risks and dependencies across the technology change portfolio
- Establishes a long-term, horizon-based roadmap for planned technology transformation
- Enables reporting on technology change progress.
- Effectively deliver technology change across the organization.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- A strong understanding of FMCG environments
- Experience in Portfolio management within FMCG or similar fast-paced industries
- Strong relationships with key business stakeholders
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to lead independently while collaborating effectively across departments
- A proactive approach with keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
