Busselton Freight Services (BFS) is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified applicants interested in joining our Canningvale team on a casual basis 2 days per week

If you have strong analytical skills along with advanced computer skills including in Excel and are available on Mondays and Wednesdays this job may be for you

**Duties include**:
Updating and entering data into software systems
Collection of electronic POD’s
Running reports and sending to all stakeholders.
Liaise professionally with all managers and other departments to promote a right first-time approach and quickly resolve outstanding issues.
Correct use of electronic devices by sub-contractors and drivers
Liaise with sub-contractors and drivers as required to use their tablet and problem solve issues

**Essential Criteria**:
Advanced computer skills including in excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and work with various management members to access the information required to successfully develop and implement the required systems
Ability to work with little or no supervision.
Strong analytical skills
Very strong decision-making skills, problem-solving skills
Critical eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to meet deadlines
Current police clearance

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canning Vale, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
