Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to provide administrative support to multiple agents across different offices. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing diverse tasks, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work that enhances team efficiency. Your ability to multitask, stay organised, and communicate effectively will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our agents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to roughly 50 agents across various offices, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of property listings, marketing materials, and client documentation.
- Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams to ensure seamless property campaigns and sales processes.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of administrative work.
- Prepare and manage contracts by ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete, coordinating with agents and legal teams, and tracking progress from initial drafting to final execution.
- Foster strong working relationships with agents and other internal departments to promote collaboration.
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the real estate or professional services industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
- Comfortable working across different teams and offices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems (experience with real estate software is a plus).
